The carpet area is between 515 to 600 square feet, which feels spacious enough for us. The price was a bit high, hovering around 80 Lakhs, but we felt the lifestyle offerings justified it. VTP Realty is developing this project, and it's expected to be completed by March 2028. The location in Manjari Khurd is reasonably close to IT hubs, although the nearby distance to Ramwadi Metro Station means we still rely on our car. One thing that stood out negatively was the general upkeep of the surrounding areas near the site; it could be cleaner.
