We booked a 4 BHK which has a built-up area ranging from 2720 to 2760 square feet, giving us plenty of room. The project is ready to move in, which was a major factor for us as we didn't want to wait. The developer, VSR Ventures, has put in good landscaping and maintained 70% open space, which is quite nice. The price point for this size is competitive, starting around 2.76 Crore. My only small worry is the traffic getting to the Outer Ring Road, it can be a bit much during peak houOtherwise, it’s a solid property.
