We chose VSG Reliable Pride mainly because of its proximity to schools. VIBGYOR High School is nearby, which makes the morning commute for our children much easier. We bought a 3 BHK apartment, 1335 sq.ft, for about 47.50 Lakh. It's a ready-to-move property completed in December 2012. The children's play area is well-maintained and provides a safe space for them to have fun. The 24x7 security gives us peace of mind. The lift is usually working fine, and the power backup is reliable. We are quite happy with our decision.

My primary reason for choosing VSG Reliable Pride was the value for money. I purchased a 3 BHK apartment, 1450 sq.ft, for approximately 51.00 Lakh. The project by VSG Develope, completed in December 2012, is located in a promising area of Bengaluru. The built-up area for 3 BHKs ranges up to 1525 sq.ft. Having a staff quarter attached is a useful feature. The rain water harvesting system is a good environmental consideration. The only slight concern is that the OC received status isn't readily available, which might be a point of hesitation for some.

I bought a 2 BHK apartment here mostly for the location. It's close to Narayana Hospital and VIBGYOR High School, which are important for me. The apartment size is around 1095 sq.ft. The price was reasonable, coming in at 39.60 Lakh. VSG Developeseem to have completed the project by December 2012. The 24x7 security is a big plus for me as I live alone. The cycling and jogging track is also something I plan to use regularly. The only downside is the building is a bit old now, so some common areas could use a refresh.
