We finally bought our fit home at Vsan Kaveri in Mysore. The location in Hunsur, Mallinathapura Village is quite peaceful, which is what we wanted. It's great that Shastry Public School is just a minute away; our son can walk there easily. We visited the site a few times before booking. The construction looks solid, and it was ready to move in, which was a huge relief. We just hope the road access improves over time as it's a bit narrow getting there. But overall, it feels like a good start for us.

I bought a unit at Vsan Kaveri for my parents who are living in Mysore. Vsan Infrastructure seems to have completed this project by January 2020. The proximity to Apollo Hospital is a major advantage, only a minute's walk, which gives us peace of mind. Also, the K. S. R. T. This kind of location usually attracts good rental demand. While the development is decent, I've noticed the surrounding area can get quite dusty during dry spells, which is a minor concern. The Vsan Infrastructure name gives some confidence in timely delivery. I'm waiting to see the rental yield grow.
