We were looking for a spacious villa and VS Yukai Villa seemed like a good option. We got the 5 BHK which is 2600 square feet and it feels really big. The location in Chhapraula is decent, close to Intetate 91 and Highway 34, which is handy for commutes. We are happy with the space for our growing family. The price was a bit higher than we initially planned, around 1.4 crore, but the size justified it for us. It is ready to move in which was a big plus. We haven't faced any major issues so far, the builder seems to have maintained the project well.
