We decided on VS Ved Saffron in Daskroi because the construction seems solid, especially the earthquake-resistant RCC structure. The apartment size is decent, our 2 BHK is around 600 square feet built up which is enough space for us. Having solar lighting and water conservation methods is also a good point for saving on monthly bills. The area is developing and it’s relatively quiet right now, which we prefer. The completion date is December 2028, so we have some time. Overall, it feels like a sensible purchase for our retirement yeaThe amenities like landscaping are a nice touch for evening walks.
