The location is decent, being close to Sarjapur Main Road and close to Whitefield and Electronic City, which are key business districts. The amenities like the tennis court and badminton court are excellent for staying active. The price was at the higher end, around 2.76 Crore for the larger configurations. One minor issue is the lack of readily available OC, which I would have preferred to see.
