We were looking for a permanent home and found Vrindhavana Adhira suitable. The 2 BHK configuration appealed to us, and the 1103 Sq.ft super builtup area offeenough space. The location in Vadamadurai on Mettupalayam Road is promising. It's good that Dr. Dasarathan Memorial Hospital is just 0.90 kilometeaway for any medical emergencies. The TeacheColony Bus Stop is also conveniently close, making commuting easier. The project is under construction by Vrindhavana properties, with completion scheduled for June 2032. We are paying installments regularly. The only downside is the long wait for possession, but we trust the developer will deliver a quality home.

We finally decided to upgrade from our rented place and booked a 2 BHK at Vrindhavana Adhira. My husband liked the proximity to Manchester International School, which is just about 0.90 kilometeaway. That makes the school run much easier for us. The super builtup area of 1103 Sq.ft seems quite spacious for our family of three. We are still waiting for the construction to be completed by June 2032, so there's a long wait. The location on Mettupalayam Road in Vadamadurai is developing nicely. We hope the traffic doesn't become too much of an issue once more people move in. Overall, we are optimistic about this investment.

Vrindhavana properties is the developer, and this project is currently under construction. The expected completion is June 2032. One thing that concerns me is the long waiting period. Also, construction dust can be a bit irritating at the moment, which is expected for an under-construction site. We are hoping the quality of construction is good when it is finally handed over.
