We just booked our fit home at Vrindavan Estate. It's a 2 BHK apartment, 857 square feet. The area is Besa, Pipla and the price was around 35 Lakh which fit our budget. We visited the site last week and the construction seems to be progressing well. Vrindavan Constructions mentioned a completion date of August 2026. The nearby School of Scholais a plus for future planning. We liked the overall layout of the apartment, especially the balcony. The only slight worry is the dust from ongoing construction, but that's expected. It’s a big step for us, but we feel good about the decision. The overall size and price point seemed very reasonable for a fit purchase in Nagpur.

The Besa-Pipla location is good, with Besa Square nearby for shopping. Construction is ongoing, and the projected completion is August 2026. The villas come with divee types, which is interesting. One thing we've noticed is that the road access to the project requires taking a slightly narrower lane for a short distance, which might be a small inconvenience during peak times. But the quality of construction looks promising so far.
