We chose Vrinda Heritage Skyward because of its proximity to SKS World School, which is nearby. That was a huge factor for us. The 4 BHK flats are quite spacious, with built-up areas starting from 2018 square feet. The price point for these larger units goes up to 2.18 crore, which is substantial but manageable for us. Having Yatharth Super Speciality Hospital also nearby at nearby gives us peace of mind. The project is still under construction, expecting completion in December 2027. The open spaces and parks mentioned in the amenities are also a big draw for the kids to play safely.
