I bought a 2500 Sq.ft plot. The plan is to build a home soon. The development includes essential amenities like a sewage treatment plant and water conservation measures, which are good for the environment and the community. Having a gymnasium on-site is also a bonus for busy schedules. The developer, Vrb DevelopeLlp, seems to have put thought into these facilities. My only slight concern is the connectivity during peak houvia NH-8; I've heard it can get busy. But otherwise, the project looks promising.
