We chose this place mainly for its proximity to the 150 Feet Ishwaria Ring Road, making our daily commute to work much easier. Vraj Infrastructure Pvt Ltd provided good security features like video door security and 24x7 CCTV surveillance, which gives us peace of mind. The gym and swimming pool are also nice additions. The location in Ishvariya is quite peaceful, away from the city's main hustle.

The location in Ishvariya, near Takshila College, is developing well. It's good that Greenwood International School is nearby. The builder, Vraj Infrastructure Pvt Ltd, seems to have provided decent facilities like a gymnasium and a swimming pool. Parking is available, though it can get a bit tight sometimes. Overall, a good start for me.
