My partner and I were looking for a 2 BHK flat in South Bangalore, and VR Meadows came up. We liked the fact that it's ready to move and located right in Electronic City Phase 1, next to Wipro Phase 1. This makes our commute much easier. The sizes for the 2 BHK are between 950 Sq.ft and 1237 Sq.ft, which feels spacious enough for us. The price for a 2 BHK starts around 66.26 Lakh. We checked out the gymnasium and the swimming pool, both look good. The 24X7 water supply is also a big plus. One small issue is that the parking area seems a bit cramped if you have a larger vehicle. But overall, we are happy with the decision.

My primary concern would be the lack of readily available OC information, which can affect future resale value or loan processing. However, the built-up area sizes are generous and the project is well-connected to Hosur Road.

This is my fit flat purchase and I was looking for something in Electronic City Phase 1, South Bangalore. VR Meadows caught my eye because it is ready to move. I checked out the 2 BHK configuration, which has a built-up area between 950 Sq.ft and 1237 Sq.ft. The price range starts at 66.26 Lakh, which was just at the top end of my budget. The amenities like the gymnasium and badminton court are good. I also liked that it's Vastu compliant. The only thing is that the roads around the project can get quite busy during peak hou, especially being next to Wipro Phase 1. But overall, it feels like a solid choice for a fit home.

The amenities include a multipurpose room and a badminton court, which are nice additions. My only reservation is the noise from the nearby main road, Electronic City Phase 1, can be noticeable during the day. Construction quality appeasolid though, and the 24x7 water supply is reliable.
