My wife and I were looking for a place to invest in Nagpur and VR Colony caught our eye. The plot sizes range from 943 Sq.ft to 2696 Sq.ft, giving us options. It's located in Godhni, which is reasonably connected to Koradi Road and State Highway 258. We visited the site last month. The developer, VR Realto, has planned for 24x7 water supply which is essential. However, since it's under construction with a December 2026 completion date, there's a lot of activity. The traffic on the nearby roads can be a bit heavy during peak hou, which is something to consider for daily commute. We are still weighing our options but the location and potential growth are appealing.

We wanted a permanent home close to our children's school, and VR Colony in Godhni seemed like a good fit. Podar International School is right there at nearby, and Max Super Speciality Hospital is also very close. We are considering a plot of about 1000 sq.ft to build a comfortable home for our family. The amenities like 24x7 water supply are important for us. VR Realtois the developer, and the project is under construction, due for completion in December 2026. The only minor issue we noticed was the road condition leading to the site; it can get quite dusty during dry weather. But otherwise, the plans for street lighting and drainage look good.

As a business owner, I look for good returns and VR Colony in Nagpur seemed like a promising plot development. The location in Godhni is developing, and proximity to Maa Bhavani Chowk Bus Stop is a plus. I am looking at one of the larger plots, maybe around 2000 sq.ft. The project by VR Realtois still under construction, with completion expected in December 2026. My main concern is the accessibility; you have to navigate through some internal roads to reach the main highway, which could be improved. Also, the pricing wasn't available easily, which made initial budgeting a bit difficult. However, the developer seems to have a decent track record.
