The price is upwards of 4.0 Cr, which is a big amount, but it’s ready to move in. I really liked the idea of a separate terrace garden for each floor. The gated community and lift are nice facilities. It's very close to Rabindranath World School, so that’s convenient. The plot area is huge at 2700 square yards. My only concern is that the OC received status is not available, which makes me a little hesitant about the legal side of things. I need to get more clarity on that before making a final decision.
