We liked the idea of living in Paiyanur, Gramani Nagar, though Kunnappattu is a bit further out than we initially hoped. The biggest issue for us was the complete lack of specific BHK details or area sizes provided. It made it very difficult to compare options or even undetand what we were potentially buying. We ended up taking a chance based on the developer's name and the ready-to-move status. We are hoping the rooms are not too cramped once we see them. The drive to our school also takes longer than expected now.
