I'm looking for a peaceful place for my retirement yeaand VNCT Brookside Residences seemed promising. The location in Kundrathur, Chennai West, offea quieter environment compared to the city center. I appreciate the inclusion of health facilities within the project premises. The jogging track is also a good addition for daily exercise. However, the distance to the airport metro station, nearby, is a bit far for quick travel. The project is under construction with an April 2029 completion date. I am considering a 2 BHK unit. The solid waste management system is also a thoughtful feature.

The project by VNCT Global LLP P includes essential amenities like solid waste management and 24x7 water supply, which are practical. It is still under construction and expected to be ready by April 2029. The biggest drawback for me is the distance to NH48, which is nearby, making commutes to other parts of the city longer. I am looking at a 3 BHK. The gymnasium is a nice to have.

We chose VNCT Brookside Residences because it's close to Sri Krish International School, which is really convenient for the kids. The Children's Play Area is a good size and they enjoy it a lot. The construction is still ongoing, expected completion is April 2029, so we have some time. My only worry is the traffic on Kundrathur roads during peak hou, it can get quite bad.
