    We are moving from a rental place and wanted something permanent. VKS Radha Kunj looked promising. We chose a 2.5 BHK which is 1150 square feet, giving us more space than our current rental. The price is between 48.99 Lakh and 51.99 Lakh. Being near Yatharth Super Speciality Hospital is a significant advantage for us. The developer, VKS Realty, has promised completion by May 2026. We really liked the landscaping and tree planting aspect of the project. One thing that concerns us a bit is the traffic noise from the nearby main road, especially during peak houWe are still deciding if the benefits outweigh this.
