We are moving from a rental place and wanted something permanent. VKS Radha Kunj looked promising. We chose a 2.5 BHK which is 1150 square feet, giving us more space than our current rental. The price is between 48.99 Lakh and 51.99 Lakh. Being near Yatharth Super Speciality Hospital is a significant advantage for us. The developer, VKS Realty, has promised completion by May 2026. We really liked the landscaping and tree planting aspect of the project. One thing that concerns us a bit is the traffic noise from the nearby main road, especially during peak houWe are still deciding if the benefits outweigh this.

We have booked a 2 BHK apartment at VKS Radha Kunj. The super built-up area is about 1050 square feet. We were looking for something in Greater Noida and this location in Knowledge Park 5 seemed decent. It is close to Gaur City Mall, which is convenient for shopping. The price point of around 50 Lakh is reasonable for the size and amenities like 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance. The project is under construction, with completion planned for May 2026. A slight downside is the distance to the metro, which is almost 8 kilometeStill, we are hopeful about the development.

Construction is ongoing, with an expected handover around May 2026. I appreciated the inclusion of storm water drains and lifts in the amenities. My only real reservation is the dust from the ongoing construction in the vicinity, which I hope will settle down post-completion. The gated community feel is reassuring.

The 2 BHK apartment size is around 1000 square feet, which feels manageable for a fit home. The price is within our budget, approximately 49 Lakh. We liked the idea of a rooftop club and the 24x7 water supply amenity. The project is under construction and should be ready by May 2026. We are hoping VKS Realty deliveon quality.
