We just moved into our 2 BHK at VK Singhal Heights and are loving it so far. The size is perfect for us, 1033 Sq.ft feels very spacious. It was great that it was ready to move, so we didn't have to wait. The location in Uppal Kalan is convenient for our commutes to work. We are happy with the 24X7 water supply and the internal roads are nicely done. One small issue is the traffic noise near Uppal Junction, which can be noticeable during peak hou, but we are getting used to it. The zero brokerage aspect was also a big plus for our budget.
