My partner and I just moved into our 2 BHK at VK Enclave. We liked the layout, the built-up area is a good 1200 square feet. It felt spacious enough for us. It's a ready-to-move property, so we didn't have to wait long. The price point was around 78 Lakhs, which felt a little high for Bangalore West, but we liked the amenities like the gated community and car parking. The power backup is a good addition, especially during the Bangalore monsoons. Anupama Hospital is very close at nearby, which is reassuring. We are still settling in, but so far so good.

It is ready to move in, and construction was completed in April 2023. The amenities include 24x7 water supply and CCTV surveillance, which are essential. The location in Balaji Layout is okay, but the access road to the main road could be better, it feels a bit isolated sometimes. There is also a children's play area. I am hoping the property value appreciates over time.
