The project's location in Medchal, North Hyderabad, is quite accessible due to its proximity to the ORR Exit, which is beneficial for travel. Viya Ventures has ensured basic infrastructure is in place, including internal roads and footpaths, and importantly, 24/7 water supply. The fact that it is ready to move in simplifies things greatly.
