The carpet area of 1347 sq.ft is ample for a family. The location on Golf Coue Road in Suncity is well-connected, with NH8 nearby and Sector 54 Metro Station nearby. Power backup is included, which is essential in Gurgaon. My primary concern is the price, 1.4 Crore onwards is at the higher end, especially considering the OC received status is not available. However, the developer Vivek & Company has a decent reputation. The proximity to Paras Hospitals (3.5 KM) is also a reassuring factor for future needs.

We just moved into our new 3 BHK at Vivek Vivek Floo6. It’s a ready to move property which was perfect for us as we didn't want to wait. The 1347 sq.ft carpet area is quite spacious for a young couple starting out, and we love the layout. Location is great, very close to Golf Coue Road and Suncity Road. Getting to NH8 is also quick. The only thing that bothered us a bit was the dust on the road leading to the building; it’s off Suncity Road and still developing a little. But the power backup is a relief. We got it for around 1.4 Crore, which felt okay for the space and location.
