I needed a place that was well-connected and safe. Vivek Vivek floo1 is in Sector 49, Gurgaon, which is a good area. It's a ready to move builder floor, so no waiting. The power backup is a lifesaver during the monsoon season when outages are common. I can easily get to my office on Golf Coue Extension Road. The only downside is that the nearest metro station, Sector 55-56, is almost 10 kilometeaway, which is quite a distance for regular use. It's a bit of a concern for relying solely on public transport. But for daily needs, the proximity to Sohna Road is very convenient.
