We finally decided to buy our own place and Vivan Silver Stone caught our eye. Being teache, we needed something comfortable and well-connected. It's close to Vapi Railway Station and the Bus Stop, which is great for commuting. We went for a 4 BHK, which is a generous 3040 sq.ft, so we have plenty of space to grow. The construction is ongoing, so it's a bit dusty, and the parking situation could be a bit tight once everyone moves in, but that's a common issue these days. The management assured us about the fire fighting system and other safety features. Hoping the final handover is on time. The price was on the higher side but seems justified given the area and amenities.

The area is decent, and it’s not too far from the main city areas. The 2320 sq.ft space is perfect for us as a young couple, with enough room for a home office. Being close to VIBRANT MULTI SPECIALITY HOSPITAL is a plus, though I hope I don't need to use it soon! The 24x7 security and the swimming pool were big draws for me. The project is under construction, so it's expected to be completed by December 2031. I did find the road leading to the site a bit congested during peak hou, but once inside the complex, it's peaceful. The lift(s) seem to be working fine during my site visits. Happy with my decision.
