I invested in a 4 BHK villa at Vivan Karma, primarily for its location in South West Ahmedabad and the ready-to-move status. The 4050 square feet super built-up area offegood potential for rental yield. The proximity to the 132 ft. Road (750 mtr) and the SG Highway is a strong point for connectivity. While the price of 1.35 Crore onwards is on the higher side, the area is developing well. My main concern is the lack of readily available completion and OC received information, which makes it slightly riskier for an investment compared to a fully cleared property. However, the amenities like car parking and gymnasium are standard draws.

We were renting a small place and decided it was time to upgrade. Vivan Karma offered a 4 BHK villa, which is exactly what we needed. The 4050 square feet area gives us so much more room. Having a gymnasium and children's play area within the complex is fantastic for our kids. The proximity to the Gurukul Road Metro Station, nearby, is also a plus for commuting. The price of 1.35 Crore onwards is a significant investment for us, but we feel it's worth it for the space and amenities. We are really excited about the landscaping and tree planting too.

I purchased a 4 BHK villa in Vivan Karma. While the 4050 square feet is more space than I strictly need right now, I plan to use one room as a home office. The location in South West Ahmedabad is quite good, being close to the Sarkhej-Gandhinagar Highway. The presence of a gymnasium is a big plus for my fitness routine. However, I do find the price of 1.35 Crore onwards to be a bit steep for a single peon. Also, the car parking seems a bit tight, which could be an issue if I have guests. The 24x7 water supply and power backup are essential conveniences, though.

The developer, Vivan Infrastructure, has a decent reputation. The location in South West Ahmedabad is good, with easy access to the 132 ft. Road. One thing I noticed is that the approach road to the project isn't very wide, which might be a slight inconvenience sometimes. However, the 24x7 water supply and power backup are essential features for me. The price of 1.35 Crore was at the higher end of my budget, but it's a significant step.
