    This was a straightforward purchase, looking for a ready-to-move flat in a well-connected area. Viva Vishaka in Madipakkam fit the bill. The 2 BHK size around 1010 sq.ft is adequate for my needs. I liked that they have a service lift and good landscaping. The Vastu compliance was also a plus. My only real concern is the lack of readily available OC information, which makes me slightly hesitant about future resale value, though Viva Housing has a decent track record. The price was around 55 Lakhs, which felt reasonable for the amenities provided. The fire sprinkleoffer some peace of mind.
