The built-up area for the 2 BHK is between 876 to 1045 square feet, which feels quite spacious for tenants. The price range is between 53.43 Lakh to 90.02 Lakh, and I think I got a decent deal considering the current market. The project is ready to move, which is a big plus for immediate rental income. Viva Housing has a decent track record. I am looking forward to seeing good returns on this.
