My 3 BHK apartment is 2529 Sq.yd. And cost approximately 76.57 Lakh. The location in Daskroi, Hathijan, is relatively calm compared to the city center, though Ashadeep Multi Speciality Hospital is a considerable nearby. Viva Group is the developer. I am slightly concerned about the maintenance costs once the project is completed, as that wasn't clearly detailed. Also, the March 2027 completion date means a long wait.

The location in Daskroi, Hathijan is decent, though getting to Vastral Gam Metro Station, which is nearby, might take some time depending on traffic. The price for my 210 Sq.yd. We are paying around 65 Lakh for our unit. The location near Hathijan Circle is convenient for reaching Anand Niketan School, which is nearby, where our kids study. Viva Group is developing this project. We liked the idea of a dedicated entrance lobby and landscaping. The construction is still in progress and should be ready by March 2027. Dust from the ongoing construction is noticeable when we visit, but we expect that to clear up.
