  We chose Viswas Bharathi in Yeswanthpur for our family because of its excellent proximity to schools. Goodwill School & Pu College is literally at our dootep, which is a dream for any parent. Manipal Hospital Yeshwanthpur is also just a short drive away, providing peace of mind. The Yeswanthpur Metro Station is very close at nearby, making it easy for my wife to commute to her office. The project being ready to move in was a huge advantage, allowing us to settle in quickly without the stress of waiting for construction. We were impressed with the overall layout and the sense of community already present. The only minor concern we have is the general traffic congestion in Yeswanthpur during peak hou, but we are managing.
