I chose a 2 BHK, which is a good size for my wife and me. The project was completed in 2006, so it's an established community. The main road access is decent, although reaching the actual property sometimes involves navigating slightly narrower internal lanes. Being close to Thirumangalam Metro Station is a great advantage for occasional travel. While the building has stood the test of time, some of the amenities might feel a bit dated compared to newer constructions. Nevertheless, the peaceful environment and the convenience are what I value most.
