We needed a larger home for the family and chose Visvas Vibhava Block B. The 2 BHK flats have a good carpet area, our unit is 630 Sq.ft. The children's play area is a big hit with my kids. Having a club house is a nice amenity for leisure. However, the parking can be a bit of a squeeze, especially during peak houwhen people are coming and going. Also, the road leading to the project from the main street is quite narrow, which can be inconvenient sometimes. We are still happy with the purchase overall.
