As a retired professional, I sought a peaceful environment with good connectivity, and Vistara Sunningdale in Devarachikkana Halli fit the bill. I purchased a 3 BHK measuring 1502 Sq.ft. The price was around 58.58 Lakh, which felt justified given the size and the amenities provided. Having a gymnasium and a jogging track within the complex is excellent for staying active. The project’s completion was in February 2018, and it was ready to move in. The location near Hosur Road is convenient for accessing different parts of Bangalore. My only minor concern is that the OC received status is not available, which is something potential buyeshould check. However, the 24x7 security and power backup offer peace of mind. The developer, Vistara Ventures, has delivered a solid product.

They wanted to be close to Narayana Nethralaya Eye Hospital, and this location in Devarachikkana Halli is perfect. The built-up area for the 3 BHK is 1502 Sq.ft, which provides ample space for them. It's ready to move, so they could settle in immediately after completion in February 2018. Vistara Ventures has provided essential amenities like 24x7 security and a children's play area, though my parents won't use the latter. The price was within our budget, around 58.58 Lakh for the larger unit. The only slight worry is the traffic on Hosur Road during peak hou, but it's manageable as they don't commute daily. The power backup is a crucial feature for them.

My husband and I decided to upgrade from our rental apartment and chose Vistara Sunningdale in Devarachikkana Halli. We opted for a 2 BHK, around 1128 Sq.ft built-up, costing approximately 47 Lakhs. The location is fantastic for us, being close to Jayadeva Metro Station makes commuting much easier. We also liked that Vistara Ventures included a children's play area, which will be great when we have kids. The project is ready to move, and we were impressed with the construction quality we saw. The price felt a bit high compared to other places we looked at in Bangalore, but the walkability to schools and hospitals like Narayana Nethralaya was a deciding factor. The rain water harvesting system is a good environmental feature. We are looking forward to settling into our new home.
