The proximity to Shalby Multi-Specialty Hospitals, just 0.3 miles away, was a major deciding factor. The location off Sindhu Bhavan Road in Bodakdev is well-connected to the 132 Feet Ring Road. I appreciate the North Facing building and Vaastu compliance. The amenities like the gymnasium and swimming pool are a bonus. My only reservation is the traffic on Sindhu Bhavan Road during peak hou, which can be quite heavy. The price is also substantial, starting from 3.0 Crore, but the location and hospital access are paramount for me.
