    We finalized our purchase in Vision Jumeirah Park last week. The 1428 square feet 3 BHK seemed like a good deal for the size. Being ready to move in was a major factor for us, as we needed to relocate soon. The location in Tandalja is quite accessible. My only slight worry is the road leading to the project, it feels a bit narrow and can get dusty during construction nearby. However, the developer, Vision Develope, has included a rainwater harvesting system which is a good environmental initiative. We are hoping the traffic situation improves once the adjacent areas are fully developed. The property has 3 open sides, which we liked.
