We decided on Vishwas Orchid for our retirement home in Mangalore. The 2 BHK configuration is perfect for us. It is ready to move, so we didn't have to wait long after finalising. The 24x7 security provides peace of mind, and the power backup is essential given the occasional power outages here. The landscaping and tree planting around the complex make it a pleasant environment. My wife particularly liked the children's play area, even though we don't have young kids anymore, it adds a nice touch. The walkability to Pandeshwara Bus Stop is also convenient for local travel.

Finally got my fit flat at Vishwas Orchid in Mangalore. It's a 2 BHK and feels quite spacious for a new buyer. The location in Pandeshwar is really convenient, especially with Manipal School just a stone's throw away. I visited the project last week and the construction quality looked good. Vishwas Bawa Buildeseems to have a decent reputation. I am still waiting to hear about the exact completion date and OC details but it is ready to move in.
