It is located in Bileshivale, near Dodda Gubbi Main Road. The connectivity to Hennur Main Road is good, making commutes easier. My office is not too far. The project by Vishwas Bawa Buildeis ready to move in, which was a major plus for me as I did not want to wait. The main concern is the dust from the nearby construction sites. Other than that, it seems like a decent option for someone looking for an affordable home in Bengaluru.
