The location near Rabindra Tirtha Metro Station (0.1 km) is fantastic for our daily commutes to the IT sector. We got a 3 BHK flat, 1250 sq.ft built up, which gives us ample room to work from home and entertain. The price of 55 Lakh onwards was competitive for the area and amenities offered. We really liked the 24x7 security and the Gated Community setup. The construction seems solid, and it was ready for us to move in. The car parking space is adequate for our needs. Overall, a good choice for young professionals.
