We were looking for a plot in Chennai South and found Vishwak Gold City. The 1100 Sq.ft plot we bought is a good size for future expansion. Being ready to move in June 2021 is great. The proximity to the Outer Ring Road is convenient for our commute to work. We also liked that Holy Sai International School is very close by, which will be useful later. The main drawback is the price; it felt a bit on the higher side for the plot size compared to some other projects we saw. Also, there is no information available regarding OC received, which is a bit concerning for us. We hope Vishwak Properties provides clarity on this soon.
