The location in Vandalur, Varadharajapuram is quite convenient, especially with Alwin International Public School being so close – practically nearby. We looked at plots around 536 sq.ft, which were very affordable, starting at about 13.94 Lakh. The project is ready to move, having been completed in June 2018. The developer, Vishwak Properties, seems to have a decent track record. The main road access is okay, but sometimes traffic on Main Road can get a bit heavy during peak houThe storm water drains are a good feature though.
