I checked out a 3 BHK unit that was 1971 Sq.ft, priced at approximately 1.06 Crore. The availability of EV charging stations and solar lighting are modern features I appreciate. The builder, Vishwa Develope, has a reputation for timely delivery, which gave me confidence. The proximity to Sterling Hospitals is also a convenient factor. While the project is ready to move, I'm waiting for the OC document to be officially available.
