It’s a ready-to-move project, completed in February 2024, so we are among the fit residents. The price of 80.8 Lakh onwards was manageable with our combined savings and a home loan. The location in Medahalli, Bangalore East, offedecent connectivity, with Belathur Main Road a short distance. Power backup and 24x7 water supply are essential, and they have these. The parking situation seems a bit tight, which is a minor worry for us with two vehicles.
