The location in Alwarpet is also quite convenient for getting around Chennai South, with Mount Road and Luz Church Road nearby. Vishranthi Homes provided a ready-to-move apartment, which was great because we wanted to settle in before the new school year. The reserved parking is a big help for our family car. One thing we noticed is that there can be quite a bit of dust from ongoing construction in the general vicinity, though our apartment itself is clean.
