It's close to Florence Academy Thrissur, which is convenient for the kids' schooling. Vishraam Buildeseems to be a reliable developer. The project is under construction, with completion targeted for March 2025. Amenities like landscaping, fire alarm, and 24X7 water supply are included. The budget goes up to 1.35 Crore, which is quite a significant investment for us. Parking space is available, but we're a bit worried if it will be enough for all residents when the project is fully occupied.
