The 3 BHK is 1713 square feet, which is a good size for senioIt's ready to move in, so they could shift immediately after completion in June 2022. The Vastu compliance was important to my mother. They also have 24x7 water supply and rain water harvesting, which are practical amenities. The price point between 1.11 Crore and 1.81 Crore seemed reasonable for a villa of this size in Chennai. The only small issue is the approach road, it's a bit narrow for about 200 mete, which might be tricky for larger vehicles or during heavy rain. Vishnu Foundation seems to have focused on basic comforts.
