The 3 BHK apartments have a good built-up area, ranging from 1399 to 1476 square feet. That should be plenty of space for them. I also liked that it's a gated community with 24x7 security and landscaping. The price for a 3 BHK is around 1.05 Crore, which is a significant investment, but I believe it's worth it for their comfort. The proximity to VSS International Public School is good, although they don't have kids anymore, it shows the area is family-oriented.
