The 2 BHK flat size is decent, around 969 sq.ft. We liked the layout for the kids to have their own space. The main thing is the 24X7 water supply, which is crucial with children. Price was about 54.26 Lakh, which was manageable. The construction looks solid. We are happy with the decision to buy here.
