  We chose Vishnu Ragavendra Villa because of its incredible proximity to Velammal New Gen School – it's literally nearby, which is a dream for us. Getting our children to school is no longer a hassle. The villa is ready to move in, and the space is comfortable for our family. Vishnu Realty has built a good community here. The only small drawback we've noticed is that the roads leading directly to the villa complex can get quite dusty, especially during dry spells. We are hoping the authorities or the developer address this soon. Otherwise, we are happy.
