We decided on Vishnu Parimala Elite for our family home. The 1350 sq.ft 3 BHK apartment provides ample living space. The biggest draw for us was the location, specifically its closeness to VIBGYOR High school, which is less than a kilometer away. This makes the morning school run so much easier. Also, the Apollo Cradle Maternity & Children's Hospital in Brookefield is only nearby, offering peace of mind. The Vishnu Priya Group delivered a ready-to-move property, which was ideal for our transition. The 1000 sq.ft 2 BHK configuration is also available, which might suit smaller families. Construction seems solid, and the overall environment is pleasant. However, the dust from ongoing construction in the vicinity can be a bit botheome at times, though we expect it to settle down eventually.

Finding a decent place in Bangalore is always a challenge, but Vishnu Parimala Elite in Munnekollal offered a good option. I chose a 2 BHK unit, about 1000 sq.ft, which is a comfortable size for me. The ready-to-move status was essential as I didn't want to wait. The location is decent, with Whitefield Road via Mahadevapura not too far off for my commute. Getting to the Marathahalli area is also relatively easy. The construction quality appeato be good. My main issue is with the finishing touches inside the apartment; some paint work needs a touch-up, and the bathroom fittings feel a bit basic. It's not a deal-breaker, but for the price, I expected a little more polish. Still, it’s a good place to call home.

I bought a 1350 sq.ft 3 BHK apartment at Vishnu Parimala Elite for my growing family. The size is perfect, offering enough room for everyone. We were looking for something ready to move, and this fit the bill perfectly. The proximity to VIBGYOR High school, which is just under a kilometer away, was a major deciding factor for us. It saves so much travel time for the kids. The Vishnu Priya Group seems to have delivered a solid product. My only slight concern is the noise from the nearby main road, especially during weekdays. It's not unbearable, but noticeable. We are hoping some landscaping might help reduce it over time. The metro station at Kundalahalli is also quite close, which is a plus.
