I chose a 2 BHK, 1168 square feet, which is spacious enough for them. The price was approximately 65 Lakh. The gated community aspect and 24x7 security are important for their safety. Vishnu Realty completed this project in 2014. The location in Pallikaranai is good, and Kauvery Hospital is nearby, which is a comfort. The 24x7 water supply is also crucial. I hope they enjoy their new home.
