We were looking for something close to IT hubs and Vishal Viviana in Keshav Nagar seemed like a good option. The 2 BHK apartments are reasonably priced, starting from 31.22 Lakh. We liked the gym and the swimming pool amenities a lot. The location is decent, close to the Orbis School which is handy. My partner really liked the landscaping. Construction seems solid. One small issue is the traffic getting out of Keshav Nagar during peak houcan be a bit much, but overall it is manageable. We are happy with the space and the modern feel of the project. The developer, Vishal Group, seems to be on track with what they promised.
